VAS Yard Management – The solution for automated plant logistics

VAS Yard Management is the control and management platform for all logistics processes in the bulk material plant from check‑in to loading to check‑out and covers the entire process of the truck passage through the plant digitally and transparently.

The system can be connected to existing hardware such as weighbridges, identification systems and loading PLCs and thus enables a high degree of automation with 24/7 driver self‑service functions. Processes are accelerated, staff is relieved, and errors are reduced.

Due to the direct connection to the ERP system, key process information is shared and the entire logistics in the plant is consistently digitalized.

VAS Cloud Logistics – the order, transport and delivery data platform for your partners

VAS Cloud Logistics supports you in the efficient acceptance and planning of your deliveries. Through the four coordinated modules Order Planning, Dispatch Planning, Transport Planning and Delivery Portal, the entire order process from order entry to electronic proof of delivery is depicted digitally and traceable. Customers, dispatchers and transport service providers have access to all relevant information and status updates via the central system.
The order-, transport-, and delivery data platform is complemented by the VAS Mobile Apps, which make the processes accessible on the go for the respective user groups. For carriers and drivers in particular, the process is simplified through the mobile apps: deliveries can be viewed on mobile devices and confirmed on-site by the recipient via PDF and signature.

This creates a consistently digital planning process – from order entry to delivery confirmation.

VAS SafetyFlow – Digital safety trainings & access control

As a solution for digital trainings and access control, VAS SafetyFlow increases safety in bulk material plants and other industrial facilities. Drivers, visitors and external service providers can complete a plant‑specific and user‑group‑specific safety training with SafetyFlow before entering the plant and receive a digital training certificate. This can be requested at check‑in during access control at the plant.
