Check-In / Check-Out self service 

At the plant entrance, drivers register at self-service terminals to access the plant premises and perform a weighing of the truck. Safety instructions can also be displayed here. With digital checklists, plant employees can control the processes. At the plant exit, weighing then takes place again to calculate the load.

Loading and unloading automation

VAS Yard Management directs the driver to the correct loading or unloading terminal and initiates the automated silo loading process via RFID or QR code. Forklifts and wheel loaders can be integrated into the process via VAS terminals in the vehicle cab. VAS can also map inbound processes like disposal and recycling.
