As a central delivery data management platform, the Delivery Portal provides customers, dispatchers, carriers, and other stakeholders with fast and easy access to all relevant delivery information.

In addition to basic delivery data such as material, recipient, and haulier, the Delivery Portal also allows users to access all information on the electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) and the timestamps recorded in the Driver App by the driver.

Delivery document handling becomes fully digital, reliable, and effortless, providing immediate access to exactly the right information for all users.

The Driver App provides drivers with a full overview on all completed and upcoming deliveries, receivers and material. What data are recorded during delivery can be individually configured: Electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) with mandatory or optional signature, different timestamps like arrival time and confirmation of material delivered  can be conveniently recorded via the app.

The driver can transfer the deliveries destination to his preferred navigation app with just one click in the Driver App – no cumbersome address typing needed!

VAS Yard Management

As soon as the driver exits the plant – e.g. by checking out at a VAS Self Service Terminal – VAS Yard Management automatically generates a digital delivery note.

Delivery Portal

The digital delivery note is transferred to the Delivery Portal, where it can be accessed by the customer, the dispatcher and the haulier.

VAS Driver App

The driver can access the delivery note via the Driver App. Once the goods have been delivered, the delivery can be digitally confirmed with the recipient’s signature and timestamps. The delivery documents are then automatically updated in the Delivery Portal and in VAS Yard Management.
