No more calls or mails to the dispatcher – this is bulk material ordering made simple: Using the web-based ordering portal, the customer can order all required materials based on his predefined contracts – independently and 24/7.

More flexibility and more transparency for your customers
The portal enables the customers to leave instructions for the haulier and even pre-select the vehicle-types. This feature is particularly beneficial for customers who wish to supply materials to construction sites that are difficult to access or have weight restrictions. The dispatcher will immediately receive the order, while the customer can keep track of any status updates as well as the full order history directly in the Customer Portal.

Customer driven Transport Planning
Your customer in charge: The customer can comfortably and directly assign hauliers directly in the customer portal for transports in his responsibility (e.g. EXW orders).

Order Planning Portal

The Order Planning Portal enables the efficient processing of cross-plant scheduling tasks.

All planning tasks – one portal
The order planning portal allows not only the confirmation (or rejection) of orders but also the management of available material sources and the assignment of one or multiple carriers for transporting the order.

Distribution of relevant information to all parties involved
Automated notifications with information on all pending orders and, if required, an order-specific TAN or QR-Code can be sent to the haulier. The latter can be used for easy check-in at the production plant.

Furthermore, all information regarding the order – material, quantity, haulier, etc. – can be automatically transmitted to the VAS Yard Management, simplifying the preparation and execution of deliveries at the production plant.

Freight Portal (Transport Planning)

The Freight Portal provides the haulier with an overview of all upcoming transports and the possibility to directly coordinate and optimize them:

  • Acceptance/rejection of assigned transports
  • Assignment of one or multiple trucks (by license plate) to one order plan
  • Generation of vehicle- or order-specific TAN/QR-Codes for comfortable driver check-in at the loading plant

Once the transport planning is complete, the info is automatically transmitted back to the order planning portal (dispatcher of material supplier) and other relevant systems, like the VAS Yard Management.
